Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your HUAYU purchase due to a verified quality issue, you have the right to request a refund. This refund policy works in conjunction with our Return Policy. Please read both policies carefully before initiating a refund request.

1. Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days from the date of delivery at the destination port. Refunds are limited to verified manufacturer defects, and HUAYU covers the return ocean freight (see our Return Policy).
• A valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained before any refund can be processed. See our Return Policy for the RMA procedure.
• The product must be received by HUAYU and inspected before any refund is issued.

2. Refund for Manufacturer Defects

If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturer defect in workmanship, parts, or materials, HUAYU will issue a full refund of the purchase price. The refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after the inspection is completed.

3. Non-Defective Returns

HUAYU does not offer returns or refunds for reasons other than a verified manufacturer defect — for example change of mind, ordering errors, or specification preferences after delivery. A semi trailer is heavy commercial equipment dispatched against the configuration you confirm at order time, which is why our sales team confirms every configuration with you in writing before dispatch. 4. Order Cancellation Refunds

If you have paid the full order amount via PayPal at checkout and wish to cancel before dispatch:

• Before dispatch preparation has started: Refund of the full amount paid, less any PayPal transaction fee that PayPal does not return to us.
• After dispatch preparation has started: Refund is subject to the stage of dispatch preparation completed. HUAYU will provide a detailed breakdown of the costs incurred.
• After the trailer has been dispatched: Refund is not available unless the product fails quality inspection on arrival (see Section 2).

For bulk or custom orders paid via T/T (bank wire) with a separately negotiated deposit-and-balance arrangement, the same stage-based principles apply on a case-by-case basis. Contact our sales team for specific terms.

5. Refund Method

• Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (T/T bank transfer or PayPal).
• Bank transfer refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank and country.
• PayPal refunds are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

6. Processing Timeline

Returned products are inspected within 5 business days of arrival, following the process in our Return Policy. Once the defect is confirmed, the refund is processed within 7–10 business daysof the completed inspection (see Section 2). For cancellation refunds with no product return, the 7–10 business day period runs from approval of the cancellation. You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

7. Exclusions

Products that do not meet the return eligibility criteria outlined in our Return Policy are not eligible for refunds.
