Effective Date: March 1, 2025 — Shandong HUAYU Vehicle Co., Ltd.
HUAYU ships semi trailers worldwide by ocean freight from Qingdao port, China. We handle all export documentation, container loading, and customs clearance from the Chinese side. Our goal is to deliver your trailers safely and efficiently to your destination port.
1. Production Timeline
Production begins after receipt of the deposit payment:
- Standard single trailer:7–15 working days
- Custom orders or small batches (2–10 units):15–25 working days
- Large batches (20+ units):25–45 working days
Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order complexity and current factory workload. HUAYU will provide regular production updates with photographs and videos.
2. Shipping Methods
All trailers are shipped by sea. HUAYU's sales team will recommend the most suitable and cost-effective shipping method based on your order:
- Container shipping: Commonly used for flatbed trailers and smaller equipment. Low cost and shorter transit times. Trailers are loaded into standard 40ft or 45ft containers.
- Ro-Ro (Roll-on/Roll-off): Used for fully assembled trailers that can be driven onto the vessel. Convenient for bulk carrier trailers, tipper trailers, and other models that cannot be disassembled.
- Bulk carrier / Flat rack: Used for oversized or heavy-duty trailers that do not fit in standard containers. Open-top containers and flat racks are available for special dimensions.
3. Shipping Timeline
Ocean shipping typically takes 15–35 days from Qingdao port to the destination port, depending on the region:

- East Africa: 20–30 days
- West Africa: 25–35 days
