Return Policy

Shandong HUAYU Vehicle Co., Ltd.("HUAYU") is committed to customer satisfaction. All new semi trailers sold by HUAYU carry a ten-year warranty on the main beam and a one-year warranty on the body structure and welded joints, effective from the date of shipment. If you experience a quality issue with your purchase, please follow the return procedure outlined below. This policy applies to all semi trailers and spare parts purchased directly from HUAYU.

1. Return Eligibility

• Products may be returned within 60 days from the date of delivery at the destination port.
• Returns are accepted only for products with verified manufacturer defects in workmanship, parts, or materials.
• Products with no quality problem will not be accepted for return. If a product has a quality issue, please provide clear photographs showing the defect and contact our after-sales department immediately.
• All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by HUAYU. Products returned without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.

2. Return Process

1. Contact our after-sales team — Email [email protected], call +8613963459838, or WhatsApp with a description of the issue and supporting photographs.
2. Receive your RMA number — Our team will review your request and, if approved, issue an RMA number within 3 business days.
3. Ship the product back — Pack the product in its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging) and clearly label the RMA number on both the inside and outside of the shipment. Ship it to the return address confirmed in your RMA approval — by default our factory: Liangshan Town Industrial Park, Liangshan County, Jining, Shandong, China.
4. Inspection and resolution — Upon receipt, HUAYU will inspect the returned product within 5 business days and notify you of the resolution (repair, replacement, or refund).

Once an RMA number is issued, the customer has 30 days to complete the return. After this period, the RMA number will be canceled and the return will no longer be accepted.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

• Manufacturer defects: HUAYU will cover the cost of return shipping for products confirmed to have manufacturer defects.
• Non-defective returns: Not accepted — returns are limited to verified manufacturer defects (see Section 1), so no customer-paid return shipping scenario exists.

4. Condition of Returned Products

Returned products must be in original condition with all original labels, markings, and accessories intact. If the item or component is determined to be damaged due to lack of maintenance, improper cleaning, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification, the customer will be responsible for the cost of replacing the item/component and all related transportation costs.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products not purchased directly from HUAYU.
• Products damaged by improper use, storage, or operation by the customer.
• Products with torn, removed, or altered labels or anti-counterfeit markings.
• Custom-built or specially modified trailers made to customer specifications, unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
• Wear-and-tear parts (tires, brake pads, light bulbs, seals) consumed through normal use.

6. Damage During Shipping

How transit damage is handled depends on the trade term of your order. Under CIF orders, marine insurance is included in the CIF quotation, and transit damage claims are handled through that insurance policy rather than the return process on this page; HUAYU prepares the claim together with you. Under FOB orders, transit risk passes to the buyer when the goods are loaded onto the vessel at Qingdao Port, and insurance is arranged by the buyer or their forwarder. In all cases, report lost or damaged goods to HUAYU within 24 hours of delivery, retain all packing materials, and take photographs of the damage.
