Return Policy

Effective Date: March 1, 2025 — Shandong HUAYU Vehicle Co., Ltd.

Shandong HUAYU Vehicle Co., Ltd.("HUAYU") is committed to customer satisfaction. All new semi trailers sold by HUAYU carry a one-year warranty effective from the date of shipment. If you experience a quality issue with your purchase, please follow the return procedure outlined below. This policy applies to all semi trailers and spare parts purchased directly from HUAYU.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Products may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery at the destination port.
  • Returns are accepted only for products with verified manufacturer defects in workmanship, parts, or materials.
  • Products with no quality problem will not be accepted for return. If a product has a quality issue, please provide clear photographs showing the defect and contact our after-sales department immediately.
  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by HUAYU. Products returned without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact our after-sales team — Email admin@huayuvehicle.com, call +8613963459838, or WhatsApp with a description of the issue and supporting photographs.
  2. Receive your RMA number — Our team will review your request and, if approved, issue an RMA number within 3 business days.
  3. Ship the product back — Pack the product in its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging) and clearly label the RMA number on both the inside and outside of the shipment.
  4. Inspection and resolution — Upon receipt, HUAYU will inspect the returned product within 5 business days and notify you of the resolution (repair, replacement, or refund).

Once an RMA number is issued, the customer has 30 days to complete the return. After this period, the RMA number will be canceled and the return will no longer be accepted.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Manufacturer defects: HUAYU will cover the cost of return shipping for products confirmed to have manufacturer defects.
  • Non-defective returns: If a product is returned for reasons other than a manufacturer defect, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. A restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price will also apply.

4. Condition of Returned Products

Returned products must be in original condition with all original labels, markings, and accessories intact. If the item or component is determined to be damaged due to lack of maintenance, improper cleaning, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification, the customer will be responsible for the cost of replacing the item/component and all related transportation costs.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products not purchased directly from HUAYU.
  • Products damaged by improper use, storage, or operation by the customer.
  • Products with torn, removed, or altered labels or anti-counterfeit markings.
  • Custom-built or specially modified trailers made to customer specifications, unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
  • Wear-and-tear parts (tires, brake pads, light bulbs, seals) consumed through normal use.

6. Damage During Shipping

HUAYU is not responsible for damage or loss caused by the freight company or other circumstances beyond our control. All claims for lost or damaged goods during transit must be reported to HUAYU within 24 hours of delivery. Please retain all packing materials and take photographs of the damage for the claims process.
