The HUAYU 3 axle cement bulker trailer has a V-shape tank body made of Q345B high-quality steel. The V-shape design is not just cosmetic — it concentrates powder at the discharge point during unloading, so material flows out faster and leaves less residue in the tank. The 5mm Q345B tank walls and 6mm end plates give the structure enough rigidity to handle internal pressure during pneumatic discharge without flexing.

During manufacturing, every step from cutting to painting goes through strict quality controls. Each cement bulker semi trailer undergoes a series of safety tests before leaving the factory. The tank is pressure-tested at 0.3 MPa (working pressure is 0.2 MPa), which gives a 50% safety margin above operating conditions. Axles, landing gear, and other components can be selected from different brands based on buyer requirements.
