HUAYU 3 Axle 50 CBM Cement Bulker Trailer
The HUAYU 3 axle cement bulker trailer has a V-shape tank body made of Q345B high-quality steel. The V-shape design is not just cosmetic — it concentrates powder at the discharge point during unloading, so material flows out faster and leaves less residue in the tank. The 5mm Q345B tank walls and 6mm end plates give the structure enough rigidity to handle internal pressure during pneumatic discharge without flexing.
During manufacturing, every step from cutting to painting goes through strict quality controls. Each cement bulker semi trailer undergoes a series of safety tests before leaving the factory. The tank is pressure-tested at 0.3 MPa (working pressure is 0.2 MPa), which gives a 50% safety margin above operating conditions. Axles, landing gear, and other components can be selected from different brands based on buyer requirements.

Two safety valves are installed to improve transportation safety during pneumatic discharge operations. The valves prevent over-pressurization of the tank, which protects both the vessel and the operator.
Axle options include JOST, BPW, and FUWA, depending on the buyer's local parts availability and service network. The Wuhu Fuda double-cylinder air compressor delivers 12 cbm of air flow, which keeps discharge times short on site. HUAYU also builds this cement bulker trailer in a 60 cubic meter configuration with a protective net for added safety during road transport.

Our cement plant in Chonburi runs two of these bulker trailers every day. Discharge speed is impressive — a full load of cement powder empties fast with almost no residue left in the tank. Sealing is excellent; even in heavy rain the cement stays dry. The tank body feels solid and well welded. We have used this HUAYU cement bulker trailer for about four months now, hauling plant powder from Dar es Salaam to sites upcountry. The compressor and discharge system work smoothly — unloading a full tank takes much less time than our old trailer. Tank sealing is very good, no moisture problems even in the rainy season. Build quality feels strong, and the axles handle our rough gravel roads without any complaint. It has made our cement distribution noticeably more efficient.
