This 3 axle 40000 liter fuel oil semi trailer is independently assembled by HUAYU Group. The aluminum tank body holds 40 tonnes across a six-compartment layout (10,000L + 7,000L + 7,000L + 7,000L + 7,000L + 7,000L), with 2 to 6 compartments available based on customer requirements. That compartment flexibility lets operators deliver diesel, petroleum, and other liquid fuels to multiple drop points in a single trip without cross-contamination between products.

The tank body uses TIG welding technology, and welding quality reaches 99% of international standards. After welding, every tank goes through double testing for both water tightness and air tightness. Water pressure testing runs at 0.036MPa and air pressure at 0.36KPa. These tests catch weld defects before the trailer ships.

Brand Components for Long-Term Reliability

King pin and landing gear use the JOST brand. FUWA 28T linkage landing gear comes standard, with JOST, SAF Holland, and HUAYU brand options also available.
