A tanker that fails a pressure test gets repaired and re-tested — nothing ships without a clean result on both checks.

JOST brand king pin and landing gear connect the trailer to the tractor and support it at rest. All axle and pneumatic systems use BPW or FUWA brand components. The entire vehicle is field-tested under loaded conditions to verify structural integrity and road performance before delivery. The 40000L carbon steel oil tanker semi trailer has overall dimensions of 11,600mm x 2,500mm x 3,700mm. Tank body material is Q235 carbon steel at 5mm or 6mm thickness — a proven material for fuel tankers that balances cost with durability. End plates match at 5mm or 6mm Q235 carbon steel, and the manhole cover is also carbon steel.

Bottom valves are aluminum API pneumatic type, and discharging valves come in 3 or 4 inch diameter. Six compartments allow multi-product delivery on a single route. FUWA 13T axles (3 axles), JOST landing gear, and JOST 2.0 or 3.5 inch king pin are standard. Mechanical suspension and 12.00R24 tires complete the running gear.
