The tank body uses aluminum alloy with a keep-warm function that maintains liquid temperature during transit. The tank body is longitudinally welded, which strengthens the seams along the highest-stress direction and increases overall service life. Components and Build Quality
All key accessories come from world-renowned suppliers. BPW axles and JOST king pin and landing gear are standard — HUAYU maintains long-term cooperation with these companies. FUWA 28T linkage landing gear handles the full tank weight with margin. The 12.00 R24 tires are sized for the gross vehicle weight under full load conditions.
Non-wave plate thickness is 4mm, inlet covers are 500mm, and the discharge system uses a 4 FT model with 6 ports for efficient loading and unloading at fuel depots. These are not decorative specs — the plate thickness affects surge control inside the tank, and the 6-port discharge setup speeds up multi-compartment offloading.
