The tank body is manufactured using TIG welding, with weld quality rated over 99% as verified through quality inspections. Internal partitions, wave deflectors, and semi-trailer support structures use metal materials that maintain the overall structural strength of the trailer. Wave deflectors inside the tank control liquid surge during braking and cornering — without them, a 42,000-liter fuel load generates enough momentum to shift the trailer's center of gravity and affect braking stability.
BPW axles (3 axles, 13T each) and BPW braking systems are standard on this aluminum tanker semi trailer. JOST landing gear supports the trailer at rest, and the connection to the tractor uses a JOST 2.0 or 3.5 inch bolt-in king pin. Mechanical suspension is the standard configuration.

Good tanker for the price. The BPW axles run smooth and the JOST landing gear is reliable. We use it for gasoline transport and the compartment valves seal properly with no leaking after seven months. The Q355 steel frame is a nice upgrade from the Q345 on our older units.
