The HUAYU extendable flatbed trailer is built for transporting ultra-long goods like rails, pipelines, structural steel, and large machinery. Because the deck length adjusts from 12.5m to 24m, operators can match the trailer to the cargo length on each job. No overhang problems. The main beams use T700 steel — a high-strength grade that keeps the frame rigid even at full extension under load. When a standard-length flatbed hits a pothole at speed with a 60-ton load, all that stress concentrates at the extension joints. T700 steel resists fatigue cracking at those joints better than lower-grade alternatives, which is why HUAYU uses it on extendable models.

Three suspension types are available: bogie, spring, and air.
