HUAYU 40 FT Platform Semi Trailer

Platform trailers are widely used in logistics and construction because the flat open deck handles oversized, overlong, and overweight cargo that enclosed trailers cannot carry.
The platform semi trailer is sized to fit standard containers. The most common configurations are 20-foot and 40-foot, with 4, 8, or 12 container locks installed depending on the buyer's cargo mix. With 12 locks, operators can secure one 40-foot container or two 20-foot containers in a single trip.

The main beam stands 530mm tall with an 18mm top plate, 20mm bottom plate, and 12mm middle web. That bottom plate is thicker than the top because it handles more bending tension under load — a design choice that adds frame strength where it counts without increasing total weight. 8mm Heavy-Duty Mechanical Suspension

HUAYU uses an 8mm heavy-duty mechanical suspension on this platform semi trailer. The front and rear sides are reinforced with triangular steel brackets, and the inside of the suspension is reinforced with angle steel while the outside uses two pieces of reinforced steel. The two suspension links are double-reinforced with steel pipes and U-shaped steel.
That reinforcement pattern is designed to prevent suspension deformation from long-term overloading or rough road impacts. Proper maintenance further extends the service life of these components. When a loaded trailer hits a pothole at speed, the shock load passes through the suspension into the axle mounts — weak mounts crack over time. The double reinforcement on this HUAYU platform trailer extends the life of those mounting points, reduces tire wear from misalignment, and keeps the trailer tracking straight.
