The deck extends to a full 20,000mm, and the 3,000mm width accommodates wide loads that narrower trailers cannot carry. Main Beam Construction
HUAYU builds the main beam from Q690D steel. Q690D has nearly double the yield strength of the Q345B commonly used on standard lowbed trailers — 690 MPa versus 345 MPa. That higher strength allows thinner plate sections while maintaining load capacity, which matters on an extendable trailer where beam length is greater than normal. The upper flange is 25mm thick, the middle web plate is 16mm, and the lower flange is 25mm. This beam profile keeps the deck height at 1,710mm overall while supporting 100-ton loads across the full extension range.

Heavy-Duty Suspension Reinforcement
The 4 axles 100 ton extendable lowbed trailer runs on HUAYU heavy-duty suspension. The left and right sides are reinforced with angle steel, and the front and rear are braced with triangle iron. On an extendable trailer, suspension loads increase at full extension because the load leverage arm is longer. The angle steel and triangle iron reinforcements prevent lateral flex in the suspension mounts, keeping the axle alignment consistent under heavy off-center loads.
