The HUAYU 3 axle end tipper semi trailer runs on a HYVA hydraulic cylinder with FUWA brand axles. The floor and side panels are built thicker than standard specification — customized in our production facility for African road conditions where bumpy surfaces put repeated stress on the dump body. That extra thickness in the panels prevents the premature cracking and rivet failure that thinner dump boxes develop after a few months on rough roads, and it greatly improves the durability of this tipper semi trailer for long-term operation.

Road Transport Applications
This 3 axle end tipper semi trailer handles the transport of loose goods — sand, soil, coal, gravel, and crushed stone — on public road networks. The Q345B main beam with 14mm upper flange, 10mm middle web, and 16mm lower flange gives the chassis enough stiffness to carry 30 to 60 tons without the beam deflection that causes tailgate alignment problems and dump angle inconsistencies.
Loading capacity ranges from 30T to 60T in weight, or 24 to 45 cubic meters in volume. That range covers most standard dump runs for road construction, building material supply, and mining site haulage. Axle options from 13T to 20T in BPW or FUWA brands let operators match the axle rating to their typical load and road weight regulations.

The HYVA or Dong Fang Hong hydraulic system lifts the dump body to the correct tipping angle, and the 28-ton double-speed landing gear keeps the trailer stable during both tipping operations and coupling to the tractor unit.

We supply sand and granite chippings to building sites. This end tipper carries the full loads well and the body is strong — the floor takes the granite abrasion without damage, and the lift tips the load out cleanly. The paint on the body started to chip earlier than I expected, which is my only complaint. The trailer works hard every day and I am still glad we bought it.

The box body is genuinely tough — no deformation after months of heavy stone loads — and the hydraulic lift raises smoothly even fully loaded. The tailgate mechanism is simple and reliable. Only the delivery process was slower than we hoped. For aggregate haulers who want a tipper that lasts, this one is easy to recommend.
